It’s Father’s Day and it seems as though everyone in America is getting her father a neck tie. But who said only men can wear ties? Remember “Annie Hall”? Her “mannish” style with over-sized vest, man’s shirt and tie became a fashion trend in the 1970s. Today the neck tie is back!
